- Website forms on our Availability and Contact pages are stored securely in our website and sent to our team by email.
- Tour requests on our Home page are handled by Planning Pod, the event management software we use to manage inquiries and bookings. Planning Pod processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy policy.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This is used for security, preventing spam and abuse, and keeping the site running. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your information.
